Geologist Admit Card: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
issued a notification for the recruitment of 147 Geologists under two categories.
Selection of the candidates is based on their performance in Written
Examination and Interview.
Category I:
1. Geologist, Group ‘A’: 50 Posts
2. Assistant Geologist Grade I Group ‘B’: 25 Posts
Category II:
1. Junior Hydrogeologists (Scientist B) Group ‘A’: 33 Posts
2. Assistant Hydrogeologists Group ‘B’: 39 Posts

UPSC Geologists e-Admission Certificate: Candidates who successfully
filled the examination form are now waiting for their Admit Cards. Eligible
candidates may download their e-admission certificates from 18-10-2013. Certificates will be available
in UPSC website www.upsc.gov.in No admit
card will be sent by post to anyone by the side of commission.
For downloading
e-Admission Certificate candidates must have their Registration Id and Date of
Birth/Roll No/Father’s Name. If any candidate does not receive his/her E-Admission
Certificate two weeks before the examination, he/she should contact the
commission’s facilitation center, personally or over phone. Contact details are
011-23381125/233885271/23098543. In case no communication is received by the
side of candidate commission will not responsible for any inconvenience.
No candidate will
allowed entering in the examination center without e-admission certificate.
