HOW TO GET THE APPLICATION FORM: 
Application form and Challan form of MPSC, can be collected through Office Counter of MPSC Office, Headquarter, Shillong or MPSC Cell at Tura, Nongstoin, Jowai, Baghmara, Williamnagar & Nongpoh . You can also download the required form from the official website of MPSC. 

HOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FORM:
Candidates can submit their application fee online or offline methods – 
• For Offline Method In this method, candidates have to submit their application form to the Office Counter of MPSC, Office, Headquarter, Shillong or MPSC Cell at Tura, Nongstoin, Jowai, Baghmara, Williamnagar & Nongpoh . Applications may also be sent by the postal order to the Commission’s office at Shillong, on or before the 16-08-2013. 
• For Online Method In this method, candidates have to applt through the official website. Candidates are advised to take a printout of their application form and challan form for future reference. 
• All the applications should be put in an envelope of 4cm * 9cm, affixed a postage stamp worth of Rs. 5 only.
