MP PET Result 2012

MP PET (Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Test) is a state level Per Engineering Examination is conducted by Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) for the admissions in various technical institutes of Madhya Pradesh for engineering courses like B.Tech, B.E. & B.E. for more than a dozen streams/specializations. 

It was started in 1981 and every year it is conducted on third Sunday of May. Number of technical institutes in MP offering engineering course through MP PET are approx. 160. Unlike other state level engineering entrance examinations, seats in colleges through MP PET has also reserved. In Government colleges; 90% seats are reserved for MP candidates, 5% for outside MP candidates and remaining 5% for NRIs. Also, in private engineering colleges in MP, 75% seats are reserved for MP candidates, 20% for outside MP candidates and remaining 5% for NRIs. This year, MP PET 2012 was conducted on May 20, 2012 in 33 different centers.

In which only 7 centers were out of MP and remaining 26 were in MP. MP PET 2012 results are likely to announce on third week on June 2012. We will update here about the results and also you may check on the official website of MPPEB.
